The company that was to become Complete was founded in 2007 by Jeremy Wanamaker, an IT expert passionate about empowering businesses with trustworthy IT strategy and support, with an office based in Schenectady, NY.

In 2011, Jeremy partnered with Benjamin Hicok and moved the office to Albany, NY. Jeremy focused on technical leadership, while Ben focused on business development. We quickly established ourselves as an up-and-coming MSP in the Albany market.

We completed our first acquisition, bringing Waypoint Solutions Group of Charlotte, NC into the fold. This milestone marked our first step beyond organic growth, teaching us how to acquire and integrate another MSP thoughtfully — aligning teams, systems, and client relationships. The success of this integration became the blueprint for the growth strategy that followed.

Building on the lessons learned in 2017, we welcomed Progressive Technology of Bluffton, SC to the team in 2019. This second acquisition strengthened our presence in the Southeast and further refined our approach to integrating new teams and clients under one standard of service.

This strategic collaboration with a leading private equity firm provided the resources, vision, and backing needed to accelerate our expansion and build a national presence. With Heritage’s support, we’ve been able to invest in top talent, cutting-edge technology, and service delivery.

With the help of the Heritage Technology team, we set out to partner with leading companies in the Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data spaces, building out a national team of deep expertise and industry knowledge.
